NDC History - Extra Features
As mentioned in the NDC History Article, we can filter the historical NDC checks. We will now introduce two new buttons: “Sort” and “Expand”.
To Use the Sort and Expand Buttons:
First, open up the NDC History pop up.
You will see these two buttons between the “Filter” button and the “Auto” button at the top right of the screen.
Sort by Status Button:
The “Sort By Status” button, when clicked, will sort the NDC list, placing the green NDCs at the top of the list, yellow in the middle, and red at the bottom.
After clicking the Sort By Status button, it will change to “Sort By Date”. When Sort By Date is clicked, the NDC list is reordered by date, just as it is when the NDC History pop up is opened.
Expand Button:
The “Expand” button, when clicked, will display all of the item’s information and will change to a “Collapse” button (to once again hide the information) allowing more room on the screen.
Once you have checked the information you want to see, or if you didn’t want to expand all items, just click the “Collapse” button. This will close all NDC information and you will then be able to expand any item individually, just by clicking on it.
Keep in mind, all of these buttons are combinable.
