How to Create Your Own Custom Categories

This feature allows you to create your own “Custom Categories”, to enable you to streamline your workflow within the categories interface.

We grouped the system categories (“EZ Categories”) by specialty. However, in your Custom Categories, you can choose to group them however works best for you. For instance, you could group them by specialty, payor, therapy, or any other classification that best fits your Pharmacy's workflow.

 

To get access to this feature, go to the “My Profile” and click on “EZ Categories” button. This will take you to all of the categories.

 

To create your own Custom Category click on the “New EZ Category” button.

Editing EZ Custom Categories

  • Edit an EZ Category title by clicking the “pencil” icon.

  • To delete the category entirely, click the “trash can” icon.

 

How To Add/Assign an EZ Category to a Custom Category:

You will notice that initially your Custom Categories will have a legend indicating that “No EZ Category” will be associated with it. In order to associate a Custom Category with an EZ Category, you just need to click on the “No EZ Category” legend and a popup will be shown, where you will be able to select an EZ Category to associate it with.


From the popup you will select an EZ Category and save it.

 

You will see your new EZ Category as a new filter button.
