NDC History
NDC History allows all user’s accounts to check the credit usage of the last 15 days. This feature only shows the credit usage for coverage checks and allows you to filter the list so it becomes easiest to find the information you might need.
The credit button will show the number of credits used by date for the pharmacy. Also by moving the mouse over the credit button, a tooltip will be displayed showing how many credits left and how many credits were consumed for the actual month.
Where Can I Check the NDC History?
The NDC History pop up will be displayed when the credit button is clicked.
How Do Filters Work?
You can filter by: BIN, PCN, Group, Patient and/or NDC.
Once you select the fields you’d like to sort by, click the filter button and it will filter by that field.
With all fields blank, click the filter button and all records are returned to the list.
The “Auto” button will complete the BIN, PCN, and group fields with the selected Patient Insurance and will auto-filter. No need to click the filter button.
All records listed can be expanded and each one will show the coverage check data and the Patient data.
