Users Section
This section will display the User's Information for the account. It can be edited, linked to pharmacies, deactivated and their permissions can be managed. Also new users can be created from this section.
Only the account admin will be able to see all users
Manage
To add a new user, click on the “New User” button on the top right of the screen, a pop up will be displayed, fill the blanks in and click on “Save user” button.
To edit a user just need to click on the pencil icon on the right of the row user. A pop up will be displayed. Once edited just click on the “Save user” button.
To link pharmacies to the user just need to click on the buildings icon on right of the row of the user. A pop up will be displayed. Check or uncheck pharmacies to linked or unlinked and then click on. A “Check all” and “Uncheck all” buttons are available to to make the process faster and easier in case having many pharmacies
Manage permissions for users can be done by clicking in the nut icon on the right of the row user. A pop up will be displayed. Here all permissions/features for the account will be displayed. Check or uncheck them and then click on “Update permissions”
Permissions that are displayed in this pop up could change depending on the account subscription type.
Finally, to deactivate a user click on the x icon and the user row will change to a light gray cursive font and the x icon change to the following one.
To activate again, click on the icon showed in the red sign and the user will be activated.
Features
Assignments can be checked or unchecked in an easier and massive way. To update them, just need to click on the “Update Assignments” button after modifying permissions.
