You can Print or Copy & Paste the most recently checked medications, which will include all green (“covered”) and yellow (“prior authorization required”) results shown onscreen.

How to Print a Patient Coverage Report:

  1. Run a Benefits Check for the originally prescribed medication(s)

  2. The NDCs that come back green or yellow will be included in the report.

  1. Click on the Print icon next to the Patient Name and a new screen will pop up.

You can choose between the Print version and the Text version.

The Print version is intended for black & white or color printing, or saving to a PDF. For example, you can print it out and add it to the Patient file, so that the Provider has easy access to it during consultation.

The Text version is optimized for copying and pasting into any other program or document that you may have in your computer, such as your EMR or EHR software. This way, the coverage information is easily accessible for the Provider as well.

The Patient Coverage Report (either version) will only include the results currently shown onscreen, that have been obtained via Rx Categories section, or Rx Search. Only the categories that are expanded onscreen showing the results will be included in the report.

These will include:

  • Green (“covered”) results show copay information as well.

  • Yellow (“prior authorization required”) results will show additional information, such as phone/fax/website details or instructions needed for the PA request.
