Prior Authorization button (P.A.)
This new button will create a ticket in our provider's platform, CloudTop Health, as a request for drug authorization.
When the user checks for coverage and receives a yellow result (indicating Prior Authorization is required), a green “P.A.” button will be displayed in the row's result.
By clicking on the “P.A.” button a pop up is displayed.
If the user is not yet registered, the modal will offer a link to create an account on CloudTop Health and number to contact a CloudTop Health representative.
After registering, user has to notify us at support@ezscriptrx.com once you have a CloudTop Health account setup to enable this feature on your EZSCRIPTRx account.
If the user is already registered with CloudTop Health, the modal will provide the option to directly submit a Prior Authorization to it.
After submitting the PA request, you can follow the process through the CloudTop Health platform.
