EZ TI Request

The following section will show you all information related to the EZ TI Requests

Here below there’s the list of attributes you will get access to:

  • Date sent

  • Sent by

  • Pharmacy/Fax

  • Patient

  • Provider/Fax

  • Status: TI Request Status

 

Here below there’s the list of actions you will get access to:

  • Fax View: Will be able to see the actual fax.

  • Mark the Fax as Replied

  • Re-Send the Fax.

 

For an easier or more specific search, there is a filter available in the upper-right corner where the user would be able enter the patient or the Provider Last Name.
