How to Use Bulk NDC Coverage Check:

You can check to see if a list of Patients you have uploaded using the Bulk Import Tool, is covered for one or more NDCs. For this to work, you must upload the CSV including Patient, Provider, and insurance data. The Bulk NDC Coverage Check function does not automatically retrieve eligibility data.

After submitting the file to be imported with the Bulk Import Tool, you will need to submit a ticket using this link, which will take you to the EZSCRIPTRx support portal. Fill in the details of your request there.

After submitting, our system will send an email notification with the ticket number for follow-up.

NOTES:

  • NDC Codes must contain 11 digits

  • Please do not forget to mention the Dispense Quantity to be checked for coverage

  • Please mention the product name and brand.

  • Please mention your username.
